12/01/2023 - Baseball Factory Academic All-American Tournament Bryce is a talented 3B/RHP in the 2027 class. On the mound, he shows a tight and compact delivery. He shows composure and shows feel on the mound. His FB topped at 73 and sat 70-2. Mixed in a SL (72velo)/CB (62-3) combo which shaped at 11-5 and pounded the zone. In the field, he stays square to the baseball and makes the routine play look routine. Arm velo registered 73 and with more productive reps, he will improve as a defender. At the plate, he begins in a tall and squared stance. His hands are comfortable and he uses a small and simple load to gain a squared hitting position. Hits off a firm front side and creates consistent barrel contact. Bat speed plays at 77 and demonstrates line drive ability. With 4 years ahead of him, scouts feel he can blossom into a fine prospect.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
