06/22/2008 - College PREP - Worcester, MA Cameron is a smaller player but he has athleticism. At 2B, Cameron has range and a quick first step. He stays low and makes the big plays. He tends to field the ball deep at times which affects his balance and momentum. At the plate, Cameron has a quick swing that uses the entire field. He sets up well and has an aggressive approach. He needs to work on keeping his front side a little more stable which should help to increase power.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
