06/06/2020 - 2020 Under Armour Showcase: Baseball Factory's National Texas Cameron is a dynamic athlete who can positively impact the game in many ways. He plays fast - running a 6.63 in the 60 and showing a quick first step in the field. He's a sure-handed SS with smooth, natural actions and plenty of arm across the diamond (91 mph raw arm strength). At the plate he has a short, quick swing and the ball jumps off his bat. Cameron has an excellent feel for the barrel, he sees the ball well, and he shows the ability to time velocity well and react to off-speed stuff. He has the look of a winner - the kind of player that can hit at the top of the order at the next level and play in the middle of the field.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
