12/27/2024 - Baseball Factory Holiday Classic at Pirate City Case is a dedicated 2027 first baseman and left-handed pitcher from Shelbyville, TN, who worked hard to refine his skills at the Baseball Factory Pirate City camp. Defensively, he starts in a relaxed ready position with efficient footwork and does a great job of closing the distance on batted balls. His short arm stroke and accurate throws from a high three-quarter arm slot make him a reliable presence at first base. To further develop his arm strength, incorporating a long toss and weight training program would be beneficial. At the plate, Case is a left-handed hitter with a controlled stride and good barrel control. In live game action, he recorded a single and reached base on a walk, but he needs to focus on keeping his head on the ball longer to improve his consistency. On the mound, Case starts square and gathers over the rubber well. In one inning of work, he did not allow an earned run and threw 63% of his pitches for strikes, showcasing his ability to throw strikes and compete. With two more years of growth and development, Case has the potential to continue improving both as a pitcher and a position player.

09/29/2024 - All-In National Showcase - Lebanon (Nashville), TN Case is in the 2027 graduating class and is a promising left-handed pitcher and first baseman who demonstrates a strong command of his skills. On the mound, he showcases good tempo and effectively keeps his fastball down in the zone. His coachable nature is evident as he consistently maintains proper stride length and executes a fastball, curveball, and changeup with precision. At the plate, he stands out as a balanced hitter with a smooth, rhythmic swing. He excels at hitting to the pull side, getting on plane early and squaring up the ball effectively. Defensively, he displays solid glove actions at first base, making routine plays with ease. His footwork around the bag is impressive, complemented by his ability to stretch and scoop throws. With more time to develop, he has the potential to become a significant asset to any team.
