12/27/2024 - Baseball Factory Holiday Classic at Pirate City Chace is a dedicated outfielder from the class of 2026 who recently worked hard to enhance his skills at the Baseball Factory Pirate City Holiday Camp. He starts in an athletic, ready position on the balls of his feet and demonstrates excellent footwork and body control in the field. His quick first step and ability to read the ball effectively allow him to create momentum, resulting in accurate throws that reach up to 88 mph. At the plate, Chace uses a square stance with comfortable hands and shows a fast barrel through the hitting zone. His natural strength is evident, especially to the pull side, as he delivered an RBI double in live game action. With another year of growth and development, Chace’s potential will only continue to rise, making him a player to watch as he progresses through high school baseball.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
