Currently, he projects best on the mound for the next level. Delivery is sound showing proper mechanics as he works directly to the plate through a solid balance point. He shows good rhythm and tempo all his arm action to work fluid and quickly to the plate. Fastball shows a range of 84-87 mph with arm side run on a downhill plane creating tough angles on hitters. Off speed pitches show potential as being quality out pitches at the next level. Breaking ball displays 12/6 shape with tight spin on a 2 plane break. Changeup shows a solid feel for with arm side run and sink. He attacks hitters as he throws strikes with all his pitches, changing speeds well. At SS, feet are active but needs to be more aggressive in coming to get, playing through ground balls with his body. Actions are more suited for 3B at the next level. Offensively, Sisco shows a balanced approach with rhythm. Swing path gets long with power showing best to the pull side. With 3 years to further develop, Chance has an upside on the mound with a lot of potential as he will get looks from the collegiate coaches with his abilities.
