04/25/2021 - Official College Recruiting Membership - York, PA Connor is a 2023 RHP. Medium frame and athletic build with some present strength on his frame. Primary right-handed pitcher who uses the backside well in the delivery, maintaining a good line to the plate. Gets to a good balance point with eyes on target throughout delivery. Clean arm action in the back and throws from a high 3/4 arm slot. Flashes FB command and was up to 78mph. Mixes in a tight curveball with 11/5 shape and good depth and a changeup he throws with FB arm speed. Right-handed hitter, sets up with a tall and square stance at the plate. Starts with high hands and a square stride into contact. Shows present whip to his barrel through the hitting zone, with line drive contact to either gap. Recorded a bat exit velocity of 82mph during his round of BP. With continued growth and development, we see Connor having the opportunities to play at the next level.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
