10/15/2010 - Team One Fall Showcase 2010 Daniel is a thin, athletic, SS that will graduate in 2012. In the INF, Daniel has a good set-up, average feet, and athletic / fluid actions. He is aggressive to the ball, he works around it well, and he plays through properly. Daniel has a clean exchange, soft hands, and can throw from different arm slots. INF skills can get better if Daniel can play in a lower position, quicken his exchange, and field the ball further out in front of his body. At the plate, Daniel has a balanced approach, good separation, and he hits the ball hard to the pull side. He has a long stroke, he puts the ball in play, and is currently an average HS Varsity hitter. Offensive numbers can get better if Daniel can raise his hands, get his front foot down sooner, and not spin off the ball.
