10/03/2010 - College PREP - Trenton, NJ Dan is a young, average sized, 2-way player that plays OF and RHP. He currently projects even at both positions as he enters his Junior year. In the OF, Dan is aggressive to the ball and shows good hands. He fields on the glove side, makes plays, and squares his shoulders properly to his target. Dan throws accurately to his target with life and carry. Dan can improve his OF skills by not camping under the ball and finishing off his throws to his target. On the mound, Dan has a smooth / easy arm action, with late life. He repeats his delivery, keeps his eyes to his target, and he competes in the zone with all of his pitches. Dan can get even better on the mound if he can finish off his pitches and improve his CB. At the plate, Dan has good balance, bat speed, and barrel accuracy. He has a small load, level swing, and he transfers his weight properly. Dan finds the barrel of the bat, and if he can shorten his swing and spray to all fields, offensive numbers can climb.
