06/21/2017 - Baseball Factory Select Training at the College World Series (Ages 12-14) Danny is a coachable player who worked hard on his skills during his time at the Baseball Factory Select Training at the College World Series. In the OF, Danny shows active footwork and has plus range as he covers a lot of ground. He tracks fly balls well and works through the ball on his throws which allows them to remain accurate and carry through his target. Danny can improve defensively by working to field ground balls with softer hands. At the plate, this RHH sets up in an athletic stance and takes a square stride to the ball. He is smooth getting back into his load and comes through the zone with fast bat speed. He takes a direct swing to the ball leading to square contact and line drives. Danny can improve as a hitter by using his lower half more. Overall, Danny is a solid prospect who has the time and potential to further develop his skills.
