02/08/2020 - Interactive Video Program - Palmyra (Harrisburg), PA Danny is a lean, 2-way player who plays 1B and OF. In the INF, Danny has efficient footwork, agile range, and he fields low and athletically. He has good body control, his exchange is clean, and he throws with momentum and a loose arm to his target. In the OF, Danny has active feet, good lateral mobility, and he makes plays consistently. He gets in a good ready position, plays low, and has a quick/accurate arm to his cut off man. Offensively, this LHH has an open stance, good balance, and he swings in good rhythm. He has fast bat speed, he makes hard/level contact, and he uses his lower 1/2. Solid skills can get even better with work on the following.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
