11/07/2010 - College PREP - Shreveport, LA Dillon is a tall, lanky, RHP that will graduate in 2012. On the mound, Dillon has a long, loose arm action and a FB touching 80 MPH. He gets to his balance point well, repeats his delivery, and he works in good tempo. Dillon throws a heavy pitch, his off-speed pitches are solid, and he competes in the zone. Mound effectiveness can get better if Dillon can stay tall, avoid flying open, and improve his glove side lead. At the plate, Dillon has a square set-up, good balance, and good bat speed. He makes hard contact, he has a level swing, and he swings in good rhythm. Dillon has pop in his bat when he centers the ball properly, and with a more level swing, and better use of his lower 1/2, we could see offensive tool grades spike.
