11/15/2009 - College PREP - Miami Shores, FL Doyle is a young, thin, and long athlete that plays 2B and RHP. In the INF, he is consistent in making the plays, and shows good effort. Doyle will need to loosen his arm action, and quicken his feet over the next couple years in order to improve at this position. He is still a young athlete, that should still grow and mature as he approaches his Sr year. On the mound, Doyle's FB touched 73 MPH, and he is able to create a downhill throwing plane. He shows signs of decent arm speed, but will need to improve his balance and control if he wants to play at the next level. A long toss program is recommended to improve arm strength. At the plate, Doyle has an aggressive, level swing, and squares the ball up pretty well. He improved at the plate as his hitting turn lengthened. Doyle can improve offensively by keeping his front side closed and getting into a better pre-pitch routine.
