08/01/2024 - All-Ripken Games - Dallas, TX Dylan impressed scouts with his skills as an infielder and right-handed pitcher for Team Freedom at the All-Ripken games in Frisco. At the plate, he showcased excellent bat-to-ball skills, consistently putting the ball in play and applying pressure on the defense. He came through for his team with multiple RBIs, highlighted by two key singles during the event. On the mound, Dylan's fastball ranged from 48-53 mph, peaking at 54 mph. His delivery displayed good balance and a full finish, and he demonstrated a strong mentality to work ahead of hitters. Additionally, he effectively pitched to both sides of the plate, keeping hitters off balance. Dylan's combination of offensive and pitching prowess makes him a noteworthy prospect for the future.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
