07/18/2024 - Baseball Factory National World Series at JRTC Elliott is a 2028 athletic LHP out of Oshkosh, WI. On the mound, delivery is sound and repeatable allowing his arm to work clean/quick to the plate. Fastball showed a range of 61-64 mph with arm side run. Breaking ball displays 1/7 shape with gradual break. At the plate, he shows a squared setup. Hands are loose and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Power will increase as he utilizes his lower half more efficiently. Mental makeup is a plus as he is very coachable and works hard to be the best player he can be. With 4 years to further develop, Elliott has potential with time and room to progress his game.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
