11/02/2023 - Baseball Factory Fall Select Tournament at JRTC Emmanuel is a 5ft 10/170 OF/RHP in the 2027 class. Scouts describe him as a coachable and hard-working player who always puts the team 1st. In the field, he shows positive range ability that works off a solid 1st step. The ball sticks to his pocket by creating a glove lane. He is on-time to field the baseball and can use multiple arm slots at 78 to get the ball back to the dirt. At the plate, he has an athletic feel in his base and his hands are high and loose. Gains a simple load phase and his weight stays inside his feet. Barrel is on-plane and looks to stay in the middle of the field with his approach. Overall, Emmanuel has excellent starting points for a 2027 grad.

08/23/2023 - National Showcase - Trenton, NJ Emmanuel is an OF prospect in the 2027 class. In the field he looks athletic and covers his defensive zone well. Has pocket feel and clean exchanges. Shows plus arm action from a high 3qtr slot. Has the trust factor to make the routine play look routine. Working to sink his hips more and create a glove lane on his ground balls, will help create energy towards the dirt. As a hitter, he uses the middle of the field well and generates excellent extension through the zone. Has an aggressive approach with smooth actions. Overall, solid 2027 player.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
