06/12/2023 - National Showcase - Troy (Albany), NY Giuseppe is an OF who will graduate in 2024. Tall frame lean build with strength present and plenty of room to add throughout. In the OF he gets good reads off bat with ability to cover ground in all directions. Aggressive routes enable him to create good fielding angles as he works through the ball. Showed ability to flip his hips and go get balls with a high 1-hand catch. He creates momentum on his throws into infield and has good carry on his ball. Throws were accurate and on-line with an arm velocity up to 74mph. A right-handed hitter he starts with an athletic and open stance. Has a controlled load with good rhythm to swing. He gets on-plane early and showed a fast barrel through the hitting zone. Hit balls hard to the pull side with a bat exit velocity up to 88mph during BP. As he continues to develop and mature, we see him having opportunities to play at the next level.

07/20/2022 - Southwest Championships 16U, powered by Baseball Factory's Team One Giuseppe is a 3B/OF prospect in the class of 2024 out of Fort Salonga, NY. He shows off very impressive athletic ability. In the field, he showed clean actions at both positions. Did a very good job activating his feet through pre pitch steps. Fielded from a low and out front position. Did an excellent job creating momentum to throw and delivered strikes all weekend. At the plate, he started in a square and tall stance. Showed off a very advanced approach that worked gap-to-gap and led to him hitting a triple in game action. Showed very quick hand speed and good feel for the barrel. Giuseppe is a very talented young prospect that has a bright future; we hope to see him again soon.

01/14/2022 - 2022 Baseball Factory Pre-Season Prospects Tournament (HS) Giuseppe is a class of 2024 SS/3B out of Fort Salonga, NY. He shows off some athleticism and a good frame. In the field, he shows the ability to flash athleticism and throw from multiple arm angles. Shows a good ability to use his feet to take him down hill to the baseball. Shows some lateral range and does a good job of throwing with momentum. At the plate, he showed a good load. Stayed balanced throughout his whole swing. Showed off a gap-to-gap approach. Did a good job delivering the barrel and keeping his bat flat at contact. Showed some power potential with exit velos as high as 80 MPH. In game action, he went 5-9 with 2 extra base hits.

09/03/2021 - Baseball Factory's All-Region Tournament (HS) Giuseppe is a class of 2024 shortstop prospect out of Fort Salonga, NY. In the field, he showed good fielding mechanics. Showed good angles to ground balls. At the plate, he did a good job barreling the baseball. Shows a good lower ½ and ability to hit the ball where pitched. Giuseppe is a talented player that we hope to see again in the future.

12/27/2018 - Baseball Factory Winter Classic - Session 2 (Ages 12-14) Giuseppe is an athletic and talented 2024 2-way prospect that worked hard all week. At SS, Giuseppe is on time with his prep step, anticipates the ball off the bat, and fields the ball in an athletic position. He needs to continue to improve his first step to the ball and playing through backhands. At the plate, Giuseppe starts in an athletic stance, keeps a quiet head, and creates rhythm in his hands. He gets his front foot down on time, but needs to continue to attack the inside part of the ball, and create backside drive with his lower half. He had several aggressive at bats and hunted the fastball. On the bump, Giuseppe has a simple delivery and attacks the bottom half of the strike zone. Continuing to gather over the rubber, separate on time, and work north to south will allow him to work over his front side. Giuseppe will continue to improve with experience and we hope to see his progress in the future.

10/14/2018 - Interactive Video Program - Uniondale (Long Island), NY Giuseppe is a SS with athletic actions. Defensively, Giuseppe has active feet, agile movements, and he fields in a low/square position. He takes good angles to the ball, his exchange is clean, and he throws with consistency and accuracy to his target. Giuseppe did not hit at the workout. He can improve INF skills with work on the following.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
