06/18/2021 - Baseball Factory All-State Tournament (HS) Hari continues to shine on the diamond. In the OF, he takes proper routes / angles in tracking down balls. He needs to work to get behind balls to play through with momentum to his target. Range will increase as he improves foot quickness. At the plate, he shows a tall setup. Hands are quick (80 mph exit velocity) and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. On the mound, fastball showed a range of 55-58 mph. Stock on the mound will increase as he builds more arm strength and develop off speed stuff.

10/13/2019 - College PREP - Lexington, KY Hari is a tall and thick 2023 2-way prospect. In the OF, Hari has good actions to the ball and makes the routine play. He tries to through the ball, he creates momentum with his lower half, and makes accurate throws. At the plate, Hari starts in a tall stance, he loads his hands back into the drive position, and gets to balance. He creates backside drive with his lower half, he makes consistent contact, and has a pull side approach. On the bump, Hari gathers over the rubber, he separates on time, and has a loose arm action. He stays in line toward the plate, he works north to south in his delivery, and attacks the strike zone. He throws his fastball downhill, he has a loopy breaking ball, and shows FB arm speed on his changeup. Hari will continue to improve with experience and we hope to see his progress in the future.

10/14/2018 - Interactive Video Program - Lexington, KY Hari showed some improvements in his game at his last workout in Lexington. In the OF, Hari has soft/presentable hands, efficient footwork, and he squares up well to the ball. He uses 2 hands, makes plays consistently, and delivers the ball with accuracy from a long arm action to his target. On the mound, Hari keeps his eyes on target, he separates on time, and stays balanced throughout his delivery. He mixes his pitches well and competes in the zone. Offensively, Hari has a square/balanced set-up, good balance, and he swings in good rhythm. He makes level/consistent contact and he uses his lower body. Hari can further improve skills with work on the following.

Outfield
1. Long toss
2. Quicken feet
3. Avoid camping
Pitching
1. Finish
2. Arm action
3. Release
Offense
1. Load
2. Bat speed
3. Finish swing

10/15/2017 - Interactive Video Program - Georgetown, KY Hari is a (2023-grad) as a 3B/RHP. Defensively at 3B, he squares up and fields the GB with clean hands. He has a clean exchange and makes accurate throws to his target. On the hill, this RHP gathers over the rubber and keeps his eyes locked in. He delivers from an over the top arm slot and finishes in line towards home plate. With the bat, Hari shows an athletic setup/stance with balance. He rips his lower 1/2, swings fast through the zone and creates solid contact with each pitch. Overall abilities in his game will improve with work on the following.

Defense
1. Be more aggressive to GB
2. Smooth backhand
3. Arm strength (long toss)
Pitching
1. Loosen arm action
2. Maintain arm speed on CH
3. Stay directional
Offense
1. Develop a load
2. Develop rhythm
3. Shorten up swing

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
