01/08/2021 - 2021 Baseball Factory Pre-Season Prospects Tournament (HS) Jack is a lean/athletic (6’0”/195) two-way (RHP/3B) prospect who showed well at the Pre-Season Prospects Tournament. At 3B, he covers the hot corner using quick footwork while anticipating the ball to be hit his way. He shows a solid glove, fielding the ball square while presenting his glove out in front. Release is quick with strong/accurate throws from a clean arm action. He continues to shine at the plate, as this righty steps in the box with a square/balanced stance and is looking to swing it. He shows good body control through his load and controls his barrel well, as he connects and creates pop off his bat (exit velo = 83 mph). On the mound, this RHP shows good control while throwing to all four quadrants of the strike zone. FB still sits low to mid 70's and CB shows 9-3 shape with early break. Overall - Jack is a solid all-around prospect who has the skills that should provide success in this his junior year.
