On the mound, he separates his hands on time and strides inline toward the plate and finishes with a controlled landing. A 3-pitch pitcher who throws his fastball that sat 75-77mph, breaking ball with 1/7 shape and good depth that was 68-70mph, and a changeup with sink at 66mph. During the games, Jackson struck out 5 batters and threw 73% of his pitches for strikes. In the field, he starts with efficient footwork with good agility. He fields from a low fielding position with a good glove angle and has a clean exchange. He gets rid of the ball quickly with an arm velocity of 81mph.
