01/18/2013 - 2013 Under Armour All-America Pre-Season Tournament Sanders improved his 60 yard dash time, down from 7.31 to 7.18. Defensively, he used his feet well to get in position to play the ball. Worked around the ball well, so he was able to work through it towards his target. His throws had life from his hand and some carry to the target, tended to have some wasted motion in his release however, and got uphill with his shoulders causing some accuracy trouble. At the plate, he featured a line drive stroke with some bat speed. His move to contact was short, and he got extension through contact. He had little load back with his hands, and only partially used his lower half and core through contact - causing him to spin off at times. On the mound, he topped at 83 with his fastball and showed an upper 60s breaking ball with flashes of depth when he stayed on top of it. He stayed tall over the rubber and hid the ball well. Tended to cut pitches off out front, didn't drive down the mound and finish with his backside as well as he could have. Overall, has run and arm tools along with the makings of a solid right handed stroke.
