11/08/2024 - Baseball Factory West Coast Fall Training (MS) Jaggar is an athletic second baseman and right-handed pitcher from West Virginia in the graduating class of 2032, who made impressive strides at the Baseball Factory West Coast Fall Training in Arizona. Defensively, Jaggar starts in an athletic ready position and shows a strong first step with excellent reads off the bat. He closes the distance well and fields out front with a smooth, short arm stroke, making accurate throws with a top velocity of 62 mph. At the plate, Jaggar starts in an athletic stance with loose hands, staying connected and keeping his weight between his knees. His short barrel path and core rotation allow him to generate solid contact and stay balanced throughout his swing. On the mound, Jaggar shows good feel for pitching, maintaining poise and aggression in his delivery. He throws a fastball for strikes and displays a mature approach to attacking hitters. Jaggar worked hard throughout the weekend, showcasing his competitive nature and hustle at every turn. Coaches love players like him, who combine talent with a relentless work ethic and strong drive to improve. With his versatility, athleticism, and determination, Jaggar has a bright future ahead and should continue to develop into a standout player across all aspects of his game.

09/29/2024 - All-In National Showcase - Kannapolis (Charlotte), NC Jaggar is in the 2032 graduating class. He excels as both a second baseman and outfielder. He demonstrates a clean exchange and utilizes a short, loose arm action, allowing for accurate throws. In the outfield, he effectively positions himself behind the ball, consistently presenting his glove and delivering reliable throws into the infield. At the plate, he showcases a level swing, spraying the ball to all fields and making consistent contact during batting practice. As a developing player, he shows great promise and potential for growth in his game.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.
