12/27/2012 - Pirate City Christmas Camp and Tournament In James' most recent Factory outing, his intangibles really shined through. The corner infielder is a raw / extremely coachable player with a big/solid body and with consistent work, has good potential. His footwork continues to be playable, but could improve. His hands showed to be firm and he makes routine plays working through the ball. Offensively, he showed an ability and willingness to make adjustments that helped his swing path and lower half get more through. Overall, James is a strong young player that has a couple more years to solidify his fundamentals and make himself a promising prospect.
