02/05/2023 - National Showcase - Las Vegas, NV Jamison is a C/RHP in the 2027 class. Behind the plate, he has active feet and presents his glove well. He works hard behind the plate and with a higher arm slot, his releases will improve. On the mound, he operates with a 3-pitch mix from a low arm slot. His FB sat 64-8 with sink and zone feel. His CB sat 58 with 9-3 spin and worked both side of the plate. His CH sat 61-2 and is a pitch that can be effective with more development. At the plate, he shows pull side production with an exit velo at 65. Overall, Jamison is a young player and scouts are eager to witness his development at future BF events.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
