01/17/2025 - 2025 Baseball Factory Rookie Pre-Season All-America Tournament Jayden continues to showcase his promising baseball abilities on the diamond. At the event, he made his debut as a catcher, demonstrating active footwork as he gains ground and executes a clean transfer, quickly getting rid of the baseball. His pop times averaged 2.15 seconds, displaying accuracy, with times expected to improve as he builds more arm strength through a long toss program. His hands are soft, allowing him to track the ball well and stick pitches effectively in the zone. He also showcases athleticism in the blocking process, centering balls well out front. At the plate, Jayden shines with a squared setup and quick hands that work through an aggressive swing path. He makes consistent contact and shows a strong feel for the barrel, with power showing best to the pull side. His power potential will continue to increase as he refines his lower half mechanics. On the mound, he features a fastball ranging from 75-78 mph with good arm-side run. His breaking ball has a 10/4 shape with a gradual break, and he maintains arm speed on his changeup, which also has arm-side run. As he continues to build arm strength and develop his off-speed pitches, his stock on the mound will rise. Jayden has a bright future ahead with plenty of room to grow his game.
