08/08/2024 - All-Ripken Games - Cleveland, OH Jayden is a talented C/OF who shined on the diamond at the Ripken Games. While playing for the Liberty team at Cedar Point, he showed excellent athletic ability and defensive actions. His arm registered at 54 velo and his bat to glove-to-glove was 4.00 seconds. At the plate, he displayed bat speed (51 exit velo) and showed well at the plate. He collected 2 singles and a walk and produced several quality at-bats. Overall, Jayden impressed scouts and they feel he has a bright future in the game.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
