08/01/2024 - All-Ripken Games - Dallas, TX Jordan exhibited strong athleticism, with impressive range, arm strength, and accuracy in the field, making him a dependable defender. His instincts were sharp, allowing him to make smart plays both in the field and on the basepaths, where his baserunning was excellent. At the plate, he stayed back well and consistently swung with intent. On the mound, he had good command of his fastball, which had run to it, and threw a breaking ball with depth while maintaining the same arm speed as his fastball. He commanded both pitches effectively, pitched ahead of batters, and competed well on the mound.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
