11/14/2021 - All-In Membership - San Marcos (San Diego), CA Jordan is an athletic 2B who will graduate in 2024. At 2B, he displays smooth / athletic actions. Feet are active as he works around balls and plays through with his body. Glove action is clean but needs to present earlier and more out front. Range will increase as he improves foot quickness. Throws are accurate but will benefit by building more arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate, he shows a tall setup. Hands are loose and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Lower half works well through the swing with balance. With 3 years to further develop, Jordan has potential with time and room to progress his game.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
