08/29/2024 - All-Ripken Games - Baltimore, MD Jordan recently showcased his talents at the All-Ripken games in Aberdeen, MD, presenting a thin athletic frame that has the potential to strengthen as he matures. At the plate, he was very aggressive, demonstrating solid bat-to-ball skills and recording multiple hits. His aggressive approach extends to the bases, where he is always looking to swipe a bag when the opportunity arises. On the mound, Jordan effectively works downhill to the plate, displaying mechanics that include a full finish. As he continues to develop his skills, focusing on utilizing his legs more will be crucial for gaining velocity and enhancing his overall effectiveness. With his drive and potential, Jordan is certainly a player to watch as he progresses!

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
