07/10/2023 - National Showcase - Houston, TX Justice is an OF who will graduate in 2024. Medium frame athletic build with broad shoulders. In the OF he starts with quick feet and has good body control at baseball. Good 1st step reads enable him to create good angles and cover ground in all directions. Adjusts well to ball in flight with a 1-hand high catch. Clean transfer, with a long arm action, and an arm velocity up to 80mph. Made accurate and on-line throws into infield with momentum towards his target. At the plate he hits from an athletic and square stance. Athletic setup, with intent in swing, and ability to deliver the barrel. He gets a good lower half turn and has an explosive bat through the hitting zone. A direct barrel path enables him to hit hard line drives into both gaps with a bat exit velocity up to 80mph during BP. With another year of development, Justice should have opportunities to play at the next level.

12/27/2022 - Baseball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament at Pirate City - Session 2 Justice is an athletic OF/RHP out of Harker Heights, TX who will graduate in 2024. In the OF, defensive abilities are solid as he displays smooth fluid actions. He takes proper routes/angles in tracking down balls. He works to get behind balls and plays through with momentum to his target. He utilizes his foot quickness (7.25 60 time) in covering a lot of ground. Throws are accurate with carry (83 mph velocity) to his target. At the plate, he shows an open setup. Hands are quick and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Power will increase as he utilizes his lower half more efficiently. On the mound, fastball shows a range of 73-75 mph. Breaking ball displays 11/5 shape with gradual break. Stock on the mound will continue to rise as he builds more arm strength through a long toss program. Mental makeup is a plus as he is very coachable and works hard to be the best player he can be. With 1 1/2 years to further develop, Justice has potential with time and room to progress his game.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
