06/14/2017 - 2017 Under Armour Showcase: Baseball Factory's National Florida Justice continues to show a promising future on the diamond. At the plate is where he shows best. He has strong/centered balance with fluid rhythm to load. He takes an absolute hack - crushing the ball to all gaps. The baseball explodes off the bat (93 exit velocity) when centered. At 1B, he has plus lateral range for a big guy, working from the ground-up with smooth actions. Transfer is quick as he fires strong throws zipping across the diamond. Justice has the tools to play at a high level and will make an immediate impact.

02/05/2017 - College PREP - Mobile, AL Justice continues to show improvements in his baseball tools and is a prospect on the diamond. At the plate is where he has improved the most, now displaying tremendous hitting abilities with pro level power potential. Hands are quick (92 mph exit velocity) and explosive as he works through an aggressive approach. He has strength and leverage in his swing as the baseball comes off his bat differently. He will hit and hit with power to all fields. At 1B, he displays proper footwork around the bag and is a quality receiver. Glove action is soft / sure and he presents well out front. Feet are active as he attacks balls, playing through well. Range is a plus as he moves well laterally, covering ground. Hands / feet work well together as he gets rid of the baseball quickly with accuracy and carry on his throws.

12/06/2015 - National Tryout Plus - Pensacola, FL Justice continues to show as a strong prospect that can play both infield and outfield. In the OF, he is efficient with his movements and works behind and through the baseball well. He takes good angles, and moves well to both right and left to cover the gaps. His arm is accurate to his targets and there is more untapped velocity in his frame. At 1B, he gets to a good fielding position, on-time, and is sure with the glove. He is a good target for his infielders and as he continues to work on patience to stretch, will be a plus asset. Offensively, he is very strong to and through the zone with his direct barrel. He is loose with his hands and fluid with his body, accelerating the barrel through the zone. In all - Justice projects very well with current ability, size, and time.

01/16/2015 - Baseball Factory All-America Pre-Season Rookie Tournament Justice continues to show improvement each outing he attends. This 2018 grad projects as a 1B/RHP'er with next level tools. Defensively, he has quick feet, presents a big target, and works around the bag well. At the plate, he hits with contact from a balanced, smooth stride/load with a mature approach. He used all fields with a line drive swing. On the mound, Justice is a projectable player with a 3/4 arm slot, clean arm action and a 2-pitch mix. As Justice continues to grow and develop physically/mentally, he will see his abilities sky rocket and stock grow on the diamond.

07/25/2014 - Baseball Factory National World Series at Pirate City Justice is a talented two way player that plays 1B and also pitches. At 1B he fields with sure hands, is aggressive to the ball, and uses the proper footwork with his approach. He works well around the bag and does a great job with picks. At the plate he has a smooth load, good balance, and uses his lower half well. He keeps his hands inside the ball and has quick bat speed. Showed a lot of power in BP and games and will be an ideal middle of the order hitter at the next level. On the mound Justice has the typical pitchers body with a nice big frame. He has a great mound presence and pounds the zone with his fastball and slider. His fastball has good arm side run and his slider has late break in the zone. With his fluid delivery and athleticism, Justice has a lot of upside and will be fun to watch as he gets older.

03/23/2014 - Interactive Video Program - Ashburn (DC), VA Justice is a switch-hitting 2-way player (1B/RHP). Defensively at 1B, he works into a low fielding posistion and fields the ball cleanly. Offensively, he shows best a a RHH where he shows a balanced approach. He swings on a level path and drives the middle of the field. On the mound, Justice has a 3-pitch mix coming from a high 3/4 arm slot. He gets to a tall balance point and works in-line toward the dish. FB shows arm-side run and tops out at 73 mph. He throws his changeup with FB arm speed creating deception for the hitters. He has a lot of upside on the bump. Overall abilities will improve with work on the following.

2. Exchange

1. Swing path

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
