09/17/2023 - National Showcase - Beverly Hills (Detroit), MI Kameron continues to shine in his baseball abilities. At 2B, defensive abilities are solid as he displays clean / smooth actions. Feet are active as he displays proper footwork as he works to square ground balls and plays through with his body. Glove action is clean and presents out front. He utilizes his foot quickness in covering a lot of ground. At the plate, power potential is now well above average through an open setup. Hands are quick (85 mph exit velocity) and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields with gap-to-gap pop. Power will increase as he utilizes his lower half more efficiently. On the mound, fastball shows a range of 77-79 mph with cutting action. Breaking ball displays 11/5 shape with gradual break. He maintains arm speed on his changeup with sinking action. Control is solid as he throws strikes with all his pitches. Stock on the mound will continue to rise as he builds more arm strength through a long toss program.

07/28/2023 - Baseball Factory National World Series at JRTC (HS) Kameron continues to shine in his baseball abilities on the diamond. At 2B, defensive abilities are solid as he shows smooth / fluid actions. Feet are active and displays proper footwork in squaring balls up. Hands are clean presents well out front. Range will increase as he improves his foot quickness. At the plate, he continues to sine through a squared setup. Hands are quick and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Power will increase as he utilizes his lower half more efficiently. On the mound, fastball showed a range of 72-79 mph. Breaking ball displays 11/5 shape with gradual break. He maintains arm speed on his changeup with sinking action. Stock on the mound will continue to rise as he builds more arm strength through a long toss program. Mental makeup is a plus as he is a great teammate and is very coachable on the field.

07/10/2023 - National Showcase - Cleveland, OH Kameron is an exceptional 2B/RHP in the 2024 class. In the field, his feet are in sync with his body and he covers his defensive zone well (7.04 runner). He takes great angles to the baseball and presents his glove well. His exchanges are clean and uses a short and loose ¾ release. Arm plays at 84 and is on-line to his targets. On the mound, he looks athletic and has a repeatable delivery. He pounds the zone with a 4-pitch mix. His FB touched 81 and worked both sides of the plate. His CB/SL hit 70 with sudden break. His CH had late break with good depth at 73. At the plate, he stays balanced and has a quiet head. His timing is smooth and uses a direct path to the baseball. Ball jumps off the bat at 85 and he can hit to all fields. Overall, Kameron is a player to watch in the 2024 class.

12/18/2022 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Beverly Hills (Detroit), MI Kameron is an athletic 2B in the 2024 class who plays with a high motor. In the field, he has solid pre-pitch movements and creates outstanding angles to the baseball. Positions his body to be on time with the hop and fields out in front. His exchanges are clean and gains a short arm action from a ¾ release. His feeds are accurate and on-line to his targets. Improving his footwork on his feeds and turns will be a key point as he develops his play in the middle infield. At the plate, he is a strong player with aggressive actions (83 exit velo). He uses the whole field while staying balance from stance to swing. Is routinely on the barrel and with more lower half drive, he will develop backspin on the baseball for further carry. Overall, Kameron is a must follow in the 2024 class.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
