01/19/2024 - 2024 Baseball Factory Rookie Pre-Season All-America Tournament Kaysen is a 2027 OF prospect out of Bixby, OK that recently showed his skills at the Rookie Pre-Season All-American Tournament. He continues to show plus speed and recorded an impressive 4.35 second time from home to first. In the OF, he gets in an athletic position pre-pitch and shows off active feet to track the baseball. He gets a good first step and does well to work behind the ball to make plays. He stays athletic when making plays and does a nice job of catching the ball high and out in front. He has a quick exchange and gets rid of the ball quickly. He makes accurate throws that carry to his targets with a short, quick arm action. At the plate, he starts in an open stance with low hands and gets an activated, small load. He does a great job of letting his lower half work through the baseball and shows solid bat speed. He has good coordination with his hips and hands and improved on his previous exit velo marks with a reading of 76 MPH. He reached base in 2 of 7 plate appearances in game action with a double and a walk. Overall, Kaysen is an exciting prospect that we're looking forward to seeing more of in the future!
