06/03/2020 - 2020 Under Armour Showcase: Baseball Factory's National Florida KC is an athletic RHH catcher that shows as a top prospect on the diamond. At the plate, hands are quick (94 mph exit velocity) as he squares the ball up consistently driving it on a line. He shows a feel for the barrel and stays through the ball, creating extension with gap-to-to-gap pop. With 2 years to further develop, KC has a ton of upside and possesses the skill-set that will play at a very high level.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
