10/04/2023 - Arizona Sophomore Fall Classic (2026) Keale is a 2026 C/OF out of Lahaina, Hawaii who continues to show improvements in his baseball abilities and did so at the Arizona Sophomore Fall Classic. Behind the plate he shows a squared setup and tracks the ball well with soft glove. He utilizes his body well through the blocking process but needs to work to get body down sooner. Pop times showed in the 2.20 range. At the plate, hitting/power potential has improved through a squared setup. Hands are quick and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Lower half works well through the swing with an aggressive hip turn. At the event, he was 4 for 9 with 2 2B. Mental makeup is a plus as he has a great personality, is very coachable and works hard to be the best player he can be.

12/04/2022 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Honolulu, HI Keale is a gifted C/OF in the 2026 class. Behind the plate might be his best defensive position. He is athletic and his feet work well. Has good balance and can maintain the strike zone. Stays under the baseball and keeps his eyes behind the ball. His exchanges are clean and uses an over-the-top release for carry (2.06 pop) on his throws. In the OF, his feet work well and displays solid range. Has agile feel and athletic movements to the baseball. Has pocket awareness and his feeds are accurate back to the dirt. In the box, he has a compact swing and engages lower half. Has proper balance and his eyes stay on the baseball. Can get underneath the baseball at times and working to let it travel into the hitting zone can create further consistency. Overall, Keale is one to follow in the 2026 class.

01/12/2020 - Interactive Video Program - Waipahu (Honolulu), HI Keale is a young, athletic, 2-way player who plays OF and RHP. Defensively, Keale has an aggressive approach to the ball through efficient footwork. He has a presentable glove, a low fielding position, and he makes plays with a short arm action to his cut off man. On the mound, Keale good balance over the rubber, he separates his hands on time, and he gets good extension on his pitches. He repeats his delivery well, has good direction toward home, and competes in the zone. Offensively, this LHH has a still head, a square stance, and he works the middle of the field. He hits hard to the pull side and makes consistent contact. Overall skills can further improve with work on the following.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
