08/29/2024 - All-Ripken Games - Baltimore, MD Keegan is a lean OF who showed well with his abilities at the All Ripken Games. In the outfield, he moves with smooth and fluid actions, using his active feet to get behind the ball and maintain momentum toward his target. His glove is clean and presents well out front. Range will increase as he improves foot quickness. At the plate, he displays a squared setup. Hands are loose and work through a level swing path, utilizing all fields. He plays hard with a lot of energy and is a good teammate. With time and dedication, Keegan has considerable potential to grow and elevate his game.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
