04/08/2018 - Interactive Video Program - Sanford (Orlando), FL Kirabo is a tall, athletic, 2-way player who plays OF and RHP. Defensively, Kirabo has efficient footwork, he fields in a low position, and his hands are firm. He has athletic actions, a clean exchange, and he throws with accuracy from a loose arm action to his target. On the mound, Kirabo has a loose arm action, he works on a downhill plane, and he lands with proper length and direction toward home. Offensively, Kirabo has an athletic set-up, he loads well, and has pop to the pull side. He makes consistent contact and uses some lower body. Kirabo can improve overall skills with work on the following.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
