07/28/2021 - Official College Recruiting Membership - San Bernardino, CA Kristapher is a solid 3B who has a promising future on the diamond. At 3B, defensive abilities are solid as he displays smooth / fluid actions. Feet are active as he works to square ball and plays through with his body. Glove action is clean and presents out front. Range will increase as he improves foot quickness. Throws are accurate, flashing carry but will benefit by building more arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate, he displays well above average hitting abilities with outstanding power potential through a squared setup. Hands are quick (94 mph exit velocity) and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields with gap to gap pop. Kristapher has a lot of potential and will get looks from the collegiate coaches as he continues to progress his game.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
