08/30/2024 - All-Ripken Games - Cooperstown, NY Logan is a versatile multi-positional player who made a strong impression for Team Americans at the All-Ripken games in Cooperstown. He is a physical player with the ability to consistently get the bat to the ball, showcasing notable bat speed and extra-base power. During the event, he recorded multiple singles and made a key contribution with a clutch two-out base hit, applying pressure on opponents. Defensively, Logan received the ball well, effectively catching pitches deep in the strike zone. On the mound, he displayed a solid fastball with sinking action at 55 mph, complemented by a breaking ball in the 54-55 mph range and a change-up at 47-48 mph. He excelled at working ahead of hitters, setting himself and his team up for success. Logan's combination of skills and versatility makes him a promising prospect to watch in the future.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
