Baseball Factory Denver All-Star Experience (12-14) Luke is a C/1B prospect who will graduate in 2025. Medium frame, with broad shoulders, athletic build and strength present. Luke is strong kid, with major upside, and projects as a C or corner infielder. Behind the dish, shows athletic actions, with an easy sit, and presents a low target. Gains ground towards second base, with good direction, and gets rid of the ball. Accurate throws from a high 3/4 arm slot, with a short arm action, and had carry to the bag. Has an arm velocity of 80mph and a best pop time of 2.20 seconds. At 1B, he starts with efficient feet and good actions. Creates good fielding angles and showed ability to pick out hops. Showed good athleticism as he spins glove side on throws to second base. Short/quick arm action into a high 3/4 release point with accurate/on-line throws to second base. A right-handed hitter, starts with a relaxed and square stance. Small hand load, with an aggressive approach, who gets good extension through contact. Showed power to the pull side with a bat exit velocity of 87mph. Reached base 6 times in live game action with 2 doubles, 3 singles, and reached on an error. With continued growth and development, we foresee him having a bright future on the baseball diamond.

02/12/2021 - Baseball Factory Opening Day Classic (MS - East) Luke continues to impress each time out at a Baseball Factory event. Big time work ethic shows as he makes strides every time we get to see him. This 2025 Catcher out of Oklahoma has all the qualities of a high level player. Receives the ball very well, gets underneath and beats the ball to tough spots. Big strong frame, uses it well with proper timing and angles when blocking, nothing gets behind him. Take command of the defense and works well to manage the pitching staff. Plus arm, showcased a POP of 2.2 which is well above average for his class. At the plate, more of the same, a great setup with explosive bat speed that translates from the cage out onto the diamond. Drives the baseball into the Gaps with authority and registered an 85mph exit velocity which is superior in his grad class. A top notch person as well, expect big things for Luke as he works through HS into the collegiate ranks.

01/15/2021 - 2021 Baseball Factory Rookie Pre-Season All-America Tournament A nice mix of quickness and power, Luke Beeler is a top end 2025 Catcher. Has a very nice, quiet primary setup which allows him to maximize his glove technique to receive at a high level. Plus lateral movement right and left, can block pretty much anything between the batters boxes. Good footwork to throw, gets the ball off to his target quickly, making it tough to swipe a bag against him. Offensively, for now is where Luke makes a real deal impact. Line Drive approach with plus power (85mph EV) and a great eye enable him to do damage at the plate. Gap-Gap power (3 Doubles @ Event), a very sounds swing with great body movements create on of the better hitters we have seen in the 2025 class.

09/04/2020 - MS All-Region Tournament Luke is an athletic C prospect who showed well during the All-Region Tournament. Behind the plate, Luke shows efficient footwork and keeps the ball in front of him when blocking. He presents a good target to the pitcher and receives with a firm glove. His exchange is quick and he gets rid of the ball quickly, keeping his throws accurate with carry through the 2B bag. At the plate, this RHH sets up in an open stance and shows a middle of the field approach. He drives through well with his lower half and takes a level swing with fast bat speed, leading to loud contact and gap to gap power. Overall, Luke is a talented prospect who has the potential to further build upon his skills on the field.

07/18/2020 - Baseball Factory National World Series at Pirate City - Session 1 (Ages 12-14) Luke continues to show improvements in his baseball abilities. Foot speed has improved as he ran his best 60 time to date. Behind the plate, pop times have improved as he threw his lowest time to date at 2.39. Times will continue to drop as he builds more arm strength through a long toss program. Receiving / blockings tools show as quality tools that will play well at the next level. At the plate, he shows an athletic setup. Hands are quick and work through an aggressive swing path. He has strength in his swing with gap-to-gap pop. At the event, he was 3 for 9 with 2 3B and a HR. Mental makeup is a plus as he has a positive attitude, works hard, and is very coachable.

12/27/2019 - Baseball Factory Winter Classic (Ages 12-14) Luke is an athletic and hard working catching prospect that showed leadership skills behind the plate. At the plate, Luke starts in an open and quiet stance. He gets to balance, he keeps the barrel on plane, and he makes consistent hard contact to all fields. He needs to continue to load his hands back and use his lower half. Behind the dish, Luke starts in an athletic stance, he presents a low/early glove, and works behind the ball. When blocking, he leads with his glove, he creates a good angle over the ball, and he controls the ball with his chest. When throwing, Luke has slow actions but has a good arm. He needs to continue to exchange the ball in front of his body and momentum with his lower half. Luke has a bright future behind the plate and we hope to see his progress in the future.

10/06/2019 - Accelerated Interactive Video Program - Grapevine (DFW), TX Luke is a C/1B prospect who will graduate in 2025. Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
