09/12/2021 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Lebanon (Nashville), TN Marcus is a strong 1B prospect who will graduate in 2022. In the field, Marcus shows active footwork and moves well to his glove side. He gets into a square position and fields the ball out in front with a firm glove. His exchange is clean and he makes accurate throws to his target. At the plate, this RHH sets up in a square stance and takes a short stride. He shows fluid rhythm and engages his lower half well, driving the ball to his pull side. Overall, Marcus is a talented prospect who has the potential to contribute at the next level.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
