07/10/2024 - National Showcase - Trenton, NJ Michael is an OF prospect who will graduate high school in 2029. Shows good agility in the OF creates good angles to baseball. He catches the ball at its high point and has a clean transfer. Made accurate throws from an over-the-top arm slot with an arm velocity up to 68mph. He starts with an upright and open stance. Has a simple swing with intent in swing. Does a good job of engaging his lower half and keeps his weight between his feet. With 5 years of continued growth and development, we foresee this prospect improving in all phases of his game.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
