04/18/2010 - College PREP - Rochester, NY Michael is a young, strong, 2-way player that plays 3B and RHP. He currently projects better at 3B, but still has plenty of time to improve at both positions. In the INF, Michael's hands and feet plays well together, and he shows soft hands. He gets rid of the ball quickly and he has a long, loose, and accurate arm across the diamond. He follows his throws to his target well, and with improve arm strength, and quicker feeds to 2B, defensive grades can get even better. On the mound, Michael shows good athleticism, has good balance, and an okay follow through. He keeps good arm speed with all of his pitches, and he can locate his slider well. Michael can improve on the mound with more aggressiveness, a lengthened stride, and a true 3/4 arm slot for more movement with his pitches.
