12/27/2024 - Baseball Factory Holiday Classic at Pirate City Michael is a skilled second baseman from Williams Bay, Wisconsin, who will graduate in 2026. He recently worked hard to hone his abilities at the Baseball Factory Pirate City Holiday Camp. In the field, Michael consistently works to center the baseball and has the ability to make routine plays with ease. His clean arm action and high three-quarter arm slot allow him to make accurate throws, and he shows excellent touch on his double play feeds. At the plate, Michael starts with an open stance and utilizes a simple, repeatable swing that helps him keep his head on the ball. He proved to be a tough out in live game action, collecting two singles and a walk. As a junior, Michael has a solid foundation, and with continued growth and development, he has the potential to further elevate his game in the years ahead.

01/12/2024 - Baseball Factory Spring Training in Sarasota Michael is a 2026 2B who showcased his skills during the BF Spring Training in Sarasota. At 2B he showed good foot speed and plays with high energy. He made consistent throws to first base from a 3/4 arm slot with an arm velocity up to 73mph. At the plate he hits from an athletic and square stance. Gets his hands activated and has good rhythm in hands. Showed a fast barrel through the hitting zone as he hit line drives to all fields. In live game action he reached base 2 times with a single and a walk. Michael is a team first guy with a strong desire to be coached hard. We look forward to seeing him at another event in the near future.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
