05/14/2017 - Interactive Video Program - Tampa, FL Miles is an OF/RHP who will graduate in 2022. Defensively in the OF, he makes fluid cuts as he works behind the fly ball. He attacks the GB and fires accurate throws to his target. On the hill, this RHP keeps his eyes on target and delivers from a hi 3/4 arm slot. Arm action is clean with a FB coming in at (65-67)mph and a splitter at (52-57)mph. On offense, Miles displays a square setup and gets back into a load. He uses his lower 1/2 and looks to drive pitches back up through the middle of the field. Overall abilities in his game will improve with work on the following.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
