04/02/2017 - Interactive Video Program - Sanford (Orlando), FL Nathan is a 1B/OF who will graduate in 2021. At 1B, he hustles hard trying to get into a square fielding position and work around the Gb. He makes the routine plays with good range to his glove side. In the OF, he's takes aggressive angles on Gb's. He works to get behind the fly ball and comes up firing throws to his target. At the plate, Nathan displays a square setup in the box. He tracks the ball well into the zone as he drives pitches with power to his pull side. Overall abilities in his game will improve with work on the following.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
