03/19/2023 - National Showcase - Kannapolis (Charlotte), NC Noah continues to show improvements in his baseball abilities. Foot speed has improved as he ran his best 60 time to date. At SS, defensive abilities have improved as he displays smooth, fluid actions. Feet are active as he creates good angles and plays through with his body. Glove action is clean presents well out front. Range will increase as he continues to improve foot quickness. At the plate, he shows a crouched setup. Hands are quick and work through an aggressive swing path. He makes consistent contact through a line drive approach with power showing best to the pull side. Power will increase as he utilizes his lower half more efficiently. On the mound, arm strength has improved as he threw his top velocity to date at 62 mph. Fastball showed a range of 60-62 mph. Breaking ball displays 11/5 shape with early break. He maintains arm speed on his changeup but throws too hard, resembling Getting on a long toss program to develop more arm strength will aid in improving stock on the mound.

07/16/2022 - Baseball Factory National World Series at IMG Academy - (MS) Noah is a 2027 SS/RHP prospect who showed well during the National World Series. In the field, Noah shows smooth actions, with active footwork, and moves well laterally. He works from right to left as he centers the baseball and has a good glove angle with a quick/clean exchange. Showed ability to throw from multiple arm slots, with good carry across diamond, and had an arm velocity up to 64mph. At the plate, he made consistent contact and was coachable. On the mound, he has a good mound presence and works with good tempo. He attacks hitters with a fastball topping out at 60mph, an 11/5 shaped breaking ball, and a developing changeup. Overall, Noah is a hard working player who has the skillset to further develop on the baseball field.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
