05/27/2013 - Interactive Video Program - Jupiter, FL Noah is a young, 2-way player who pitches and plays OF. On the mound, Noah has good balance, smooth separation, and he keeps his shoulders level. He works in good rhythm, he has good direction toward home, and he finishes completely. In the OF, Noah has soft hands, he plays through the ball, and he throws with consistency to his target. At the plate, Noah has a square set-up, good balance, and average bat speed. He has a level swing, makes square contact, and he gets his lower 1/2 through. Abilities can improve with work on the following.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
