Official Scouting Report

02/24/2024 - All-In National Showcase - Lake Zurich (Chicago), IL Noah is a 4ft 10/104 2B/RHP prospect in the 2030 class. Defensively, he plays with high energy and wants to make plays. He moves his feet well while the ball is in the hitting zone to create a positive attack angle. He gains a squared fielding position and the ball sticks to his pocket. He redirects with clean actions and obtains a short 3 qtr. slot. Working to play through the ball will allow him to stay low and use his legs on his throws. On the mound, he operates with a 3-pitch mix from the stretch with a high 3 qtr slot. His FB sat 54-7 with some movement. His CB showed 11-5 shape at 52. His CH ranged 49-50. At the plate, he begins in a squared stance and uses a short stride. His balance stays inside his feet and he gets his barrel on-plane. Shows advancement by using the whole field with a solid bat to ball contact rate. Overall, Noah is a young player with strong starting points.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
