11/18/2017 - Interactive Video Program - Pearland (Houston), TX Noah is an OF/RHP who will graduate in 2024. Defensively in the OF, he takes active routes/angles as he tracks down hard-hit fly balls. He tries to work behind the fly ball and makes aggressive throws to his target. On the hill, this RHP gathers over the rubber with a 2-pitch mix. He delivers a FB, SL from a lo 3/4 arm slot and finishes in line towards his target. As a hitter, Noah shows a square setup and gets back into a solid load. He takes hard hacks through the zone and looks to drive pitches back up through the middle of the field. Overall abilities in his game will improve with work on the following.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
